How we handle what you share

You choose how much to share. Skipped questions are simply skipped. Your answers and the AI-drafted reflection stay on your screen. They are written down only if you leave your email at the end. What you send is kept in a private ECS record with restricted access.

We don’t sell your data, run ads, or train models on your answers.

You’ll only hear from us if you ask to.

No sequences, no drip campaigns.

AI helps us draft and organize. A person decides.

No decision about you is made by software alone.

We count page views and clicks on the site’s main links so we can see which pages are useful. Each record holds the page, the site you arrived from, your country, and whether you were on a phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing else.

No cookies, no advertising, and no record of your address or device that could identify you. We keep this on our own systems and share it with nobody. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all.
