Professional learning, exploring consulting, and what EdConsult Solutions is building next.

Professional learning for schools

Planning, scope, and the first conversation.

What areas does ECS support?

Our current work centers on AI literacy, the science of learning, and professional learning communities. We plan each engagement around the school’s priorities and existing language.

What does an engagement look like?

An engagement may include an in-service workshop, a short series, coaching cycles, or planning with school leaders. The Professional Development page explains how the pieces can fit together.

What does it cost?

Professional development is scoped and priced per engagement after an initial conversation. You will know the scope and terms before paid work begins.

Exploring consulting

For experienced educators considering what their expertise could become.

Do I need to be ready to consult?

No. Most educators begin with curiosity. The reflection is designed to help you name what you know and decide whether a conversation would be useful.

What does the reflection do with my answers?

The reflection is drafted by AI from what you write. Close the page and nothing is kept. Leave your email and the reflection is saved to a private record so we can respond. The details are on the privacy page.

Can I join ECS as a consultant?

ECS is developing a small network of experienced educators, with the earliest broader opportunities anticipated in 2027. We are starting with relationships and subject-matter fit, not an open application or a promise of assignments. You are welcome to introduce yourself and share the work you know deeply.

What comes next

A narrow view of the direction, without promises ahead of the work.

Where does ECS operate?

ECS is based in New Jersey. In-person work begins in the Northeast, with relationships developing in the Southwest and Southern California. Conversations can happen wherever you are.

What else is ECS developing?

Common Ground and practical AI-literacy gatherings are in development. You can see the current Common Ground demonstration now.
